May Kahoush is a lecturer at The Swedish School of Textiles – University of Borås, Sweden.
She holds a PhD in textile material technology from University of Borås (Sweden), ENSAIT (France) and Soochow University (China) within a joint doctorate program (SMDtex).
Her research focuses on sustainability and ecotechnologies within textiles including natural fiber extraction and characterization, nonwovens for technical textiles, surface modification of textile structures and recycling.
